박윤지는 영상과 사진, 설치를 주된 매체로 사용하여 빛과 시간, 삶의 관계에 대해 탐구해오고 있다. 《light-synced》 (마테리오 갤러리, 서울, 2023), 《underwater》(성북예술창작터 윈도우갤러리, 2021), 《past present》 (OCI 미술관, 2020), 《tomorrow》 (공간 사일삼, 2019), 《white nights》 (아카이브 봄, 2018)의 개인전을 개최하였다. 그 외 주요 활동 이력으로는 2인전 《Clock》 (플랫폼엘 컨템포러리 아트센터, 2022), 《Public Vision》 (스펙트럼 갤러리, 2021)와 단체전 《seeState (between)》 (아트센터 화이트 블록, 2021), 《Panorama Object》 (d/p, 2020)에 참여하였다.

Yunji Park’s photography, video, and installation works explore the relationship between light, time, and life. In setting out on a quest for light and time, and existence and life, she uses various visual media as the sites of different modes of sensation and imagination. The moments which can be experienced in her work are not the ones that can directly be seen through the eyes. What can be seen in her work does not exist, but it can rather be assessed through affects. Viewing yunji park’s light- and time-based work causes tactile stimulation and lets us feel the presence of others, eventually realizing light as an existence.
